Agreement for Membership at Sandhya Swaraj Sanstha

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for individuals who wish to become members of Sandhya Swaraj Sanstha (the "NGO"). By signing this agreement, you agree to contribute towards the mission of the organization and support the efforts in uplifting underprivileged children.

1. Membership Commitment
By becoming a member, I pledge to actively support the objectives of Sandhya Swaraj Sanstha, which include promoting education, nutrition, and community welfare for children in need.

2. Voluntary Participation
I understand that membership with Sandhya Swaraj Sanstha is voluntary and I am not required to pay any membership fees or annual dues. My participation in the activities and initiatives organized by the NGO will be driven by my willingness to contribute to the organization’s goals.

3. Contribution and Support
I agree to contribute my time, skills, and/or resources as per my capability to support the programs and initiatives of Sandhya Swaraj Sanstha. This may include, but is not limited to, volunteering, spreading awareness, and participating in fundraising efforts.

4. No Financial Obligation
I acknowledge that there is no financial obligation to join or remain a member of Sandhya Swaraj Sanstha. However, I may choose to make voluntary contributions or donations to support the mission of the NGO.

5. Confidentiality and Ethical Conduct
I agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared within the organization and will uphold ethical conduct in all my interactions and contributions as a member of Sandhya Swaraj Sanstha.

6. Termination of Membership
Sandhya Swaraj Sanstha reserves the right to terminate my membership if I fail to adhere to the organization’s mission, principles, or policies, or if my conduct is deemed inconsistent with the values and objectives of the NGO.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein. I confirm my commitment to supporting the goals of Sandhya Swaraj Sanstha.
